Welcome to FutureProof Nsukites. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including all courses, content, and services. Please read them carefully before using our platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing any part of the FutureProof Nsukites platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Membership & Eligibility

Membership in FutureProof Nsukites is open to students, graduates, and technology enthusiasts. You must be at least 13 years of age to register. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Courses & Content

All course materials — including videos, notes, quizzes, and assessments — are provided for educational purposes only. Free content is accessible to all registered members. Premium courses require payment or a valid scholarship grant. You may not redistribute, resell, or share paid course content without written permission from the platform administrators. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a course and passing its associated exam.

4. Payments & Refunds

Course fees, where applicable, are displayed at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable once course access has been granted, unless a defect or technical failure on our part prevents access entirely. We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time. Scholarships are awarded at our discretion and may be revoked if the recipient is found to have violated any of these terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) post or transmit any content that is abusive, discriminatory, or harmful; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure; (d) interfere with the operation of the platform or other users' enjoyment of it; (e) share your account credentials or allow others to access the platform under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including course material, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of FutureProof Nsukites or its content creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You retain ownership of any original work you submit to the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

FutureProof Nsukites provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate any of these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nasarawa State, Nigeria.
